The sales prices to final customers must be at least that specified by Trifactory S.L. in their conditions for certified partners. Only under express authorization distributors may give special discounts to their customers.

Other services not included in subscriptions SaaS and the Enterprise Social Network Software solution will be billed separately by Trifactory S.L.

The final customer billing will be done by the dealer.

The distributors are authorized to perform consultancy, training and in-house support to customers.

Trifactory S.L. provide the installation, operation and remote support to users.

Trifactory SL provide all the support material for sale, online presentations to final customers and initial training.

Trifactory SL may pass opportunities direct to their network, depending on the geographic location for the "Certified Distributor" deal with all the sale and conversion to customers with these conditions.

General terms of use
Any natural person or legal entity (User) accessing the website/Service or any information contained on the makeaNet.com website, agrees to accept the following terms and conditions for the use of Trifactory S.L.(MakeaNet.com).
This is a legal agreement between the User and makeaNet.com for the use of the services of the makeaNet.com application subscribed to. These services

makeaNet.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or of any part of it), temporarily or permanently, without prior warning. The User agrees that makeaNet.com shall not be held responsible before the User or third parties for modifying, suspending or discontinuing the service. The User agrees that makeaNet.com shall not be held responsible for cancellation or lack of storage of the examination data or other contents maintained or transferred by the service. The User acknowledges that makeaNet.com reserves the right to eliminate accounts which are inactive for a certain period of time, and the right to change practices and general limits at any given moment and without prior warning.

8. Contracts and Payments
The User shall be entitled to contract the extended services (accounts) of MakeaNet.com, and shall not be entitled to cancel said services purchased except through the express written authorisation of MakeaNet.com.
By purchasing the extended MakeaNet.com services, the User is obliged to make payments for said service under the conditions set out by MakeaNet.com
The User accepts to pay the charges applied in accordance with the terms of this agreement, including any tax or charge applicable by any public administration. MakeaNet.com reserves the right to change its prices at any moment, and the user undertakes to furnish MakeaNet.com with correct information on the company, entity or person contracting its services.
9. Billing

10. Force majeure

11. Laws applicable and jurisdiction.

For any question of litigation arising from the existence, access, use or content of the General Contractual Conditions, both the User and MakeaNet.com, expressly waiving any other court which could be applicable to them, agree to abide by the jurisdiction and exclusive powers of the Courts of Madrid.

The acceptance of these General Purchasing Conditions by the User is an essential and compulsory prerequisite in order to be able to benefit from the services of MakeaNet.com.
